When my order will arrive?

We usually ship within 1 week upon receipt of your order. May you have any urgency, please first ask for our confirmation in respect to the despatch time and transit time.


After our despatch, you' ll enjoy the Express Shipping service provided by DHL Express as they usually deliver within 1-business day to New York,

U.K and the rest of Europe; 2-business days to U.S.A, Russia, South Africa, China, South Korea, Japan; 3-business days to Canada, Nigeria, Brasil, Mexico and 4-10 days to the rest of the world.



In case of our inability to despatch your order on time, we'll contact you by email and ask you how to proceed. So we require our customers to check their mailbox on daily basis.


How should i track my order?

We may email you your tracking number or you can find your tracking number inside your order comments.

Before signing the courier delivery paper, please open your package and check if there is anything broken. In case of you see a broken product, ask your courier to report this.

May i return the goods or get refund?

We are sorry to inform you that; due to our international freight & customs procedures, the return of an order is NOT possible.

And it is NOT possible to get refund, unless there is a major defect on the product which will affect the end-use and a recovery plan is not workable.
